Caribbean University is an accredited higher learning institution, founded by the late academic leader and visionary Dr. Angel E. Juan Ortega in 1969, offering a wide variety of academic programs throughout its four branches in Puerto Rico.

Needing improved facilities for its growing student population, our firm was commissioned by the institution to design and build a 52,100 sq. ft. concrete and pre-cast four-story structure on their Bayamón campus, to house its administration and student services departments.

Working hand in hand with the Client since the earliest phases of the project, our firm has been entrusted with all of its stages: from pre-construction where we conducted the feasibility studies and recommended the financial modelÑto designing the building, and finally to the construction stage.

The project is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2004.
