This development is another example of our capacity for successful involvement in projects of this magnitude, requiring the orchestration of multiple resources, from concept to eventual completion.

The project involves the design and construction of a gated, residential complex of 350 single-unit houses, on the eastern part of Puerto Rico.

It has been designed as a community with all amenities, landscaping, security and conveniences in one of the island's favorite vacation and recreational regions, but still within a short drive of the San Juan Metro Area.

Similar to other projects in which we've been involved, this one also requires the movement of over 1 million cubic meters of borrowed field, before starting on the infrastructure.

Its construction phase is scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2003.
