Land Rover is a global symbol of endurance, adventure and quality workmanship, whose retailing centers must reflect the company's philosophy and client focus, and comply with the strictest construction criteria of adherence to design and attention to detail.

For their entry into the Puerto Rico market, DDD Construction was commissioned as designer and in a construction management/constructor capacity for the construction of a pre-engineered metal building to house the local version of their worldwide famous centers, where visitors are treated to a unique shopping experience by specially trained personnel.

DDD Construction was also entrusted by Gomez Hermanos with the construction of an adjacent building for their Ferrari and Rolls Royce dealerships.

The project was completed and delivered to the Client in March, 2002.
