Our firm was entrusted with this 194 single-unit affordable housing project while it was being constructed by another firm, in order to handle some of the difficulties encountered in the process.

After analyzing the original construction, we recommended that in order to salvage lost density, due to mistakes committed by the original contractor, it would be more productive to re-design the whole site lay-out, while in construction, and re-submit to the proper agencies, using a fast-track approach.

With our in-house capabilities, we were then able to successfully re-configure the project, without hampering the construction process.

These efforts paid off and increased the project's viability, helped prevent major consequences and allowed us to deliver a profitable project to our Client in September 2001.
