With the successful execution of the first phase of the Borinquen Valley project, our Client then contracted the firm as Construction Managers/Constructors for the second phase of this affordable housing development, consisting of 314 single-unit houses.

Here we significantly improved the project's cost structure, after analyzing the earth movement phase with our analysis technology and realizing that the project could be re-designed, resulting in substantial savings.

With this project and its earlier phase we have confirmed that through effective management practices we can comply with the strictest requirements of complex housing development projects, involving deadlines, tight budgets and the exacting quality standards set by government agencies for affordable housing.

With an earth movement of approximately 650,000 cubic meters already completed, this project is under construction and presently scheduled for delivery in the Fall of 2003.
