Umberto J. Donato

Umberto leads the different project teams through the initial stages of a project, defining goals and assigning responsibilities, creating a succinct plan of objectives for the area of services for which our firm will be contracted, in order to allow for the successful execution of operations.

Some of his multiple responsibilities include: client relations, contract negotiations, management of all project-related activities, project staffing and estimating, construction safety, cost and quality control, among others.

His comprehensive education and hands-on experience enable him to steer through the complex challenges of every project, especially large construction projects where so much is at stake.

Umberto has a B.A. in Architecture, with Civil Engineering studies, from Tulane University and a Masters in Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from M.I.T. He is a member of The American Society of Civil Engineers, The American Institute of Architects, and of The College of Architects and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico.
