Roberto Cruz Niemiec

Roberto, a licensed Architect with 12 years of experience, has a very diverse portfolio with projects ranging from residential designs, to commercial structures, to large-scale public works and urban planning, to restoration of historic structures and spaces.

He has collaborated with highly recognized architectural firms in Puerto Rico in a variety of projects, some of which has garnered awards from local professional organizations.

As Senior Architect, Roberto is in charge of all architectural designs as well as overseeing the design development, construction documents, and construction support efforts of the Architectural Department (dddArchitecture).

Under Roberto's demonstrated creativity and with Donato Design & Development's technological capability, our clients will get a three-dimensional virtual model with actualized data of their projects instead of relying on the traditional two-dimensional plans and renderings to visualize their buildings.

Roberto obtained his degree in architecture from Pratt Institute of New York and is a member of the College of Architects and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico.
