As Project Manager, Pedro is involved in the planning, scheduling, administration, construction engineering, and overall management of Donato Design & Developments projects while providing technical support to the project's teams.

He is highly proficient in project estimating, inspection, supervision, schedule control, cost control, change order analysis, submittal revisions, project status report, monthly certification revisions, compliance with federal and state regulations, and proper project documentation for dispute avoidance.

With over six years of general contracting experience and demonstrated ability, Pedro is capable of handling any construction project, from the earliest planning stage, including revision of design drawings, document analysis, permits coordination, construction estimates and project scheduling, to project close-out.

Eng. Ramírez is highly knowledgeable of construction management tools such as Primavera's P3e/c for Construction, Expedition Project Controls software, Timberline's Estimating software, among others.

Pedro is a licensed Professional Engineer and an active member of the Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico. He has a Bachelor Degree in Science of Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagez Campus.
