As our Chief Financial Officer, Luis provides strategic consultation and support to Donato Design & Development's upper management on financial issues including financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, revenue and expense analysis, and internal control procedures.

Luis has vast experience in public accounting and auditing of A/E firms, as well as organizing, implementing, evaluating and modifying financial programs and processes.

His ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections has proven very successful in maintaining Donato Design & Development's upper management and clients informed, with up-to-date data, regarding budget, funding and cost control of both design and construction projects.

Luis is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Puerto Rico State Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1996. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico.
