With over ten (10) years of general contracting experience, Juan has encompassed a broad range of field construction activities such as coordinating subcontractors' work, material and equipment; monitoring work to ensure they are proceeding according to schedule and within budget; compliance with drawings, specifications and regulations; and maintaining a professional and harmonious relations with trades, A/E's, contractors and the owners.

As General Superintendent, Juan is responsible for overall project management including project inspection, supervision and monitoring of duties according to plan scheduling, quality control, preparation of technical and inspection reports, verification of monthly certifications, supervision of subcontractors' work, and preparation of project's daily and progressive status reports.

His experience includes residential, commercial and institutional projects such as housing developments, office buildings, educational institutions, government buildings, and recreational buildings.

Juan has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Civil Engineering and an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico.
