Fernando R. Díaz Torres

As an architect and DDD's most qualified project executive, Fernando has over 20 years of applied experience in the design and construction industry, having worked on practically every kind of advanced technology, commercial, institutional and residential construction projects.

At DDD, he is responsible for managing our portfolio of construction projects. He reviews the quality and performance of every one of the firm's projects and is responsible for assigning all staff and company resources. He also serves as advocate for the owner/client in all matters relating to cost and quality performance. His multiple responsibilities include:

• Overview of all construction operations
• Multiple project management
• Advocacy for both the owner and for DDD
• Review of all contractual issues
• Status review for all projects
• Quality, service and performance guarantees

Fernando has a Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Design and Construction Technology from Texas Tech University and has successfully completed an OSHA Training Course in Construction Safety and Health.
