Eng. Rosario has over thirteen (13) years of project management experience in projects such as commercial buildings, private residential developments, banking institutions, hospitals, office buildings, and educational institutions.

He has vast experience in work plans preparation, quality assurance and quality control, cost control, project safety programs, demolition work plans, permits coordination, surveys demolition, hazardous materials abatement programs, and project close-out.

Daniel's responsibilities includes overall project planning, management and scheduling; project staffing and resources; project safety; quality assurance; cost and schedule control; verification of compliance with drawings, specifications and regulations; and project progressive status reports regarding performance, costs and schedule.

Eng. Rosario is a licensed Professional Engineer and Surveyor and an active member of the Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico. He has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology - Construction and Structural Design, and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering - Surveying and Highway Design.
