As a management professional attuned with the importance of maximizing productivity and service within an organization, Beverly is responsible for implementing, enforcing and analyzing project schedules, cost control, planning efforts and performance in support of Donato Design & Development's upper management staff.

She will also provide assistance to others in the resolution of project control problems and issues, and will determine and enforce document control requirements in order for the company to meet internal and external needs. With over seven (7) years of experience in the construction industry, Ms. Prann has the necessary skills to tailor the project control system to meet specific client's and project manager's requirements, and to maintain effective communication with all members of the project's staff.

She also has the ability to measure, analyze and forecast current status against established baselines, in order to notify project management of changes, schedule slippage and/or earned values, among other useful information.

Beverly has a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
