Pre-Construction

In order to attain these objectives, we assign a Pre-Construction Manager at the earliest phase of your project. Our managers are architects and/or engineers trained in business management who are highly skilled in construction, with many years of “hands-on” experience.

This unique background enables them to work successfully with the selected team of architects and engineers assigned to the critical planning and design development stages of your project.

At these early stages of design, our Pre-Construction Managers will review the “constructability” of your project, working with the design team to enhance quality, improve cost-efficiencies and reduce construction timetables.

This early participation on our part will help in the development of comprehensive construction documents, reliable schedule commitments and accurate budget estimates.
