The growing popularity of this project delivery method is a reflection of its effectiveness. The method was developed by industry innovators as an alternative to the traditional approach of General Contracting and Design/Build approach. The three methods use the same construction industry resources, but they differ significantly in the way resources are contracted.

For example, in Construction Management, our firm becomes an extension of the owner’s capability in contracting and constructing, assuming a larger part of the responsibilities, and therefore of the risks and rewards.

Acting as a fiduciary agent to the owner, a peer relationship is developed between DDD Construction and the architect/engineer, and the owner is made totally aware of the esthetic, schedule and cost trade-offs before making any program or design decision. The owner is also able to deal with the potential liabilities generated by the complex interactions of the numerous contractors on the job.
