General Contracting

Acting as the owner’s General Contractor, DDD coordinates all tasks in a construction project, working 1) under a lump sum agreement, where we supply all labor, equipment and materials for a specified dollar amount, or 2) for a unit price agreement, where the ultimate contract price becomes the sum of the total number of “units” of materials and labor required to build the project.
